We're taking Ssam to the next several levels with 11 distinctly flavorful, nutritious greens and pairing them with Pursuit Farms' exquisite beef for this limited time collaboration. Plus, ALL the colors of our Oca collection and flowers galore.
OPTIONAL PAIRING 1 : The Skirt Steak offering includes six 8-oz cuts.
OPTIONAL PAIRING 2 : The Skirt & Premium Wagyu beef offering includes three 8-oz cuts of Skirt Steak, one 12-oz cut of Australian Wagyu, and one 12-oz cut of Japanese A5 striploin.
Pursuit Farms carries the most premium Wagyu from Australia & Japan, featuring unique, hard to source small farms.
- Skirt steak has a nice meaty & beefy flavor, and is a juicy flavorful cut, perfect for Ssam.
- Australian Wagyu is dry-aged for 35 days with beefy and intensified flavor from our dry-age process!
- The Japanese striploin is a rich A5 steak from Kumamoto, one of the only producers of Free Range Japanese Wagyu, This is a steak that literally melts in your mouth! This steak is sure to excite your palate and guests. Farms located in Kyushu, Southern island of Japan.

------- What is Ssam? -------
The Holy Grail of wraps, tracing back at least 1,000 years in Korean cuisine.
True to its literal meaning in Korean, Ssam is simply a "wrap" of fresh leafy greens and a small dollop of "SsamJang," a soybean paste condiment with a nutty, savory twang. It's often wrapped with raw or cooked vegetables, rice, or meat.
Maybe you've had Ssam, but this is Ssamthing Else entirely.
